    This product is a great combination of the Kcup coffee maker and traditional coffee pot. It’s a little pricier than other manufacturers, but I haven’t tried those. I’m Sure they will work just as well for less money.

    Good maker. I actually read the manual. Never thought I would have to read a manual to make coffee. It does what you want it to do. The water bucket is very narrow but I guess that's to make sure that the maker doesn't take out much space in kitchen for a 2and1 maker.

    I like the coffee maker but I am disappointed in the single serving side. It needs a higher ounce size for larger cups of coffee and when it is making the coffee it splashes coffee on the counter.

    Grounds overflow with full 12 cup carafe, ok at 10. Water reservoir for carafe is not convenient. Reservoir for k-cups is handy. Not their best product.

    So far happy with this purchase, just got it the other day and have used it couple times and have been happy with how it brews. Nice flavor and is nice to have the activated charcoal filters to give a good taste.
