I decided to go with the Breville Coffee maker because it had a built in grinder and a metal pot. I realized that this machine has neither = the glass pot would end up ruining the coffee by keeping it hot with a heating element - destroys the flavor and burns the coffee.

Great coffee pot with options for pot or single cup - love it

I love to options I have in brewing coffee. For me alone, I use the single serve option and for company, I use the coffee maker side. Perfect. The only thing I would do to improve on is to made it clearer where to put the filter rod back when you remove it to change the filter.

Like the option of drip coffee, kcup or single serve.

Works fine for a pot of coffee but when i want a single cup with a pod there's little different between a small cup and large cup setting and the large only fills 3/4 cup granted my cups are larger than a tea cup but they're basically typical coffe mugs , i tried hitting it for a large then a small after and it's too much same with 2 med or 2 smalls other than that it's quick and easy so it'll work but when this one goes out I'll get a different one

Does everything I need. Keeps coffe warm. Great product

Love it...the permanent filters make it worth it. I also like the fact that I dont need no stinkin' kurig anymore...this has a pod that you can fill with coffee and presto! Also the great thing about the pod is that it does not leave grounds in your coffee because the filter is on point.

This is a beautiful coffee center with great functions...too bad the single serve component splashes all over the place. I was so disappointed with this that I am returning this unit immediately. Sadly this is a problem with the unit that many people suggest using a taller coffee cup or stack your short cup on coasters to minimize the splash...how about the maker fix the problem. If a unit cost almost $200 the last thing should happen is for the customer to rig up a fix for their bad function.

Despite its hefty price, there is no real improvement over my Keurig and a very similar Cuisinart pot coffee maker (both died after a year and a half). Here's the "scoop" (sorry). Pros: Space saving compared to two separate units. Visually appealing. Cons: Hard to fill reservoir - can't get the last bit of water out of the carafe. Coffee splatters from the single cup side when using normal mugs. Bright lights. No hinged lid on carafe. It seems like they rushed to get this combo unit to market and didn't try to improve the user experience at all.

I enjoy having the option to make one or more cups. With a big family gathering, you have the opportunity to provide coffee for any coffee drinker. The coffee tastes smoother and less bitter than coffee from a keurig.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he LOVES it! He’s drinking so much more coffee than he should now, but can’t get enough of this machine! So much quicker than the Keurig we had. No more wait time for the Keurig to pre-heat!

Bought this for my office and everyone loves it. Get it.

Nice coffee maker. I like the fact that I can brew both a pot or a cup using a pod. Only negative is filling the water to brew a pot. Small target to hit.

I've only had this item a little over a month and so far loving it. The option to make a single cup of coffee or a whole pot is a lifesaver. We had a Cuisinart with out the option of single Cup we had that for over 10 years and the grinder finally broke on that. So I think dependable brand.

I love this coffee machine. I make a pot of coffee in the morning; then I have hot water all day long for coffee K cups, tea, hot chocolate, or any other hot beverage that anyone wants, without having to constantly boil water. Great machine. It also freed up counter space; I no longer have to have a separate machine for K cups.
