    Did not purchase 8/11/2020. Returned product. Original purchase 12/2019. Liked dual concept however, water reservoir leaks, which has been a constant complaint online, and single cup splashes coffee everywhere no matter what size cup is used. This was also a constant complaint online. Normally I research before I purchase however, Cuisinart products have always been reliable Not this one. Even pot warmer started to break down like bad teflon on a frying pan. BUYER BEWARE!

    I love this coffeemaker. You can brew a large pot, use K Cups and use your own ground coffee in their reusable Filter cup.
