I'm loving my electric wine opener, very easy to use, charges quickly and came with the device to cut the seal on the wine bottle. Very light.

Works as stated! This is a very convenient wine opener, no longer need to mess with the manual screw wine openers and be on your toes cause you don't know when the cork is gonna pop! Get it on sale and it's a no-brainer. Even comes with a foil cutter!

Not enough power to open a bottle of wine. Charged for 4 weeks before we had a change to use it. Past the Best Buy period to return. In the process of seeing if the warranty is worth anything.. Date code 2422 so likely a unit that has sat on a shelf for awhile before being sold. Hint: When they ask for a serial number as part of warranty claim, it is the D/C date code

Bought this when it was on deal of the day for $10 - couldn’t beat the price and we were in need. Our old electric wine bottle opener was a wedding gift from Nov 2016 and was at the point where you could get one bottle open on a full charge. Even then, it was laboring so hard it was at the end of its days. I’ve only used this a few times but it works as described and expected. Not too bulky, light weight, and removes the cork quickly. Nice change of pace to see the cutter in the front (tucked down below) versus on the back like they usually are. If we get a handful of years out of this I’ll be totally satisfied.

At better than 1/2 price, a great Deal of the Day! This is my first "powered" corkscrew and have only had it for a couple weeks. It is nice and relatively compact compared to many others. Since I don't go through many bottles in that time, I cannot attest to how pleased I'll be after it's opened 12-18 + bottles. But .. It seems to hold its charge pretty well. Have opened 4 bottles so far on its first full charge, has not been charged again and still not dying. The main potential weakness I see is just that the material of the corkscrew (metal?) is quite flexible, enough that if a cork has some inconsistency in density, the corkscrew will follow the softest path, and that may be clean out the side of the cork! But motor has sufficient torque, at least at this point, to just keep cranking away. The very first cork pulled just pulled apart! I had to use the old, cheap, tried & true manual corkscrew to gingerly pull the half that was left in the bottle out. Cork was in many pieces, but none in the bottle!! Yayy! Second bottle, the screw went though the side of the cork, but did pull it out as designed; up into the Cuisinart and clean out of the bottle, for you to eject by running in reverse. 3rd bottle was a plastic cork that came right out with no issues. 4th was a a genuine cork that worked perfectly. Lesson here is that how well it works depends mostly on the condition of the cork, and your ability to discern if the corn is not behaving well; because the way the Cuisinart works, it is drawn down around the bottle top about 1.5" so that you do not see the cork and what is going on "in there"! It's designed to pull the cork up & out not by direct pulling, but by the pulling action of the screw driving down through the cork, forcing (hopefully) the cork up the shaft of the screw! It pulls it up and out, then stops when the cork is pulled fully up into the housing. If I had not perceived the problem on the first bottle, there's a good chance the Cuisinart would have really buggered up the cork to the point I may not have removed it with the manual screw resulting in cork floaters in my nice wine! OH! The foil cutter works really well and flawlessly every time!

Works great. Now my wife can finally open a bottle of wine without me. Holds a charge for quite some time. I really enjoy using it myself. Used now for about 10 - 12 months so it has some miles on it. I would recommend this wine opener to anyone that enjoys wine or even occasional wine drinkers it’s worth the price.

This thing is amazing!!! My girlfriend & her friends drink wine all the time. When I'm at her place we drink it. This device is so awesome I almost bought me one for my place. It works perfect, hold the bottle while it drills the cork. It pulls the cork completely out. Then press another button to release the cork from the device. It even comes with a device to remove wrapping on the top. Charges up & can open up to 80 bottles on 1 charge. Best purchase 2024. Excellent gift if you know someone that drinks wine.

I wish it were a bit smaller to not take up so much counter space but that’s the worst I can say. It’s just as fun to use as it is easy to use, and it works better than I expected. I only use this about once a week but several months into owning it now I still enjoy every time that I do.

The Cuisinart cordless wine opener is a nice addition to any home bar. The easy-to-operate device makes opening wine bottles a breeze. You must be patient with it, manually you can open a bottle quicker but it works well. I did not receive the one that was on sale before Christmas, they sent this one because the unit with the vacuum sealer was out of stock, no accommodations were offered when I called, just an excuse for the change.

Good quality build, holds a charge for a long time. Easy to use but can be a bit bulky for smaller hands.
