Almost impossible to read the position settings on the dials

This broiler is awful. I had an Oster before and figured I was upgrading to a Cuisinart. This oven smokes burns and just caught fire to a piece of toast because it’s coils are too close to the rack and too hot. Awful and dangerous.

Temperature is way off and burns food easily. Very disappointed in this product.

Toaster setting is very poor. Very little setting burns toast

Im still trying to give it a chance. But it gets too hot! I have to turn it almost to light to get a piece if toast that isnt burnt. Tried the baking feature once and it burnt my cresants too.

Too expensive for a bad product. I don not recommend you

This specializes in burning everything that enters. Spend a little more money with better controls. The marking on this unit is unreadable and vague and unrepeatable. This unit will be donated to my charity.

Didn't work right and I returned it. I am still waiting for my refund

This is a good looking oven. It very easy to use and preheats fast. I like that it has a one button press option for toasting. It would be perfect it had a built on/in timer.

When I got this home I was a bit nervous about using it because it seemed more complicated than previous toaster ovens. Once I got my act together I found how easy it is to use and the controls are so easy to use by sight and by feel (did I mention I'm old?). Anyway, I'm glad I purchased this item and I LOVE Best Buy.

This is the perfect size for our small kitchen. Our old toaster oven of 8 years burnt out. It was too big and we opted for a smaller unit. This is in the middle size range, not small but not huge. It doesn't have the rotisserie options like some but we don't need all that. We need something for bread and waffles and occasionally a frozen pizza. It gets hot fast and is efficient at cooking. Built in alarm is nice and loud too:

Fast toast and oven. Large size. Exterior hardly wears at all. The rack levels work fine; however, a nuisance to flip the rack over for middle Position B (especially when hot); only the upper, toasting position C is retracted by the "automatic" door-opening feature, not the lower two. After two years one of the four heater rods split its outer layer.

It's a great looking toaster. It's got a clean simple design so it doesn't look bad or bulky if it sits out on your counter. Works quickly and has a lot of heat. Watch out and don't burn your toast. Very roomy inside

I bought this to replace a black and Decker oven. Wish i had known long ago. Cooks 4 slices of toast more evenly than my toaster and just as quick. I put the standard toaster in storage, so now I have less clutter on the counter. Also the sides are black and don't get dirty like other stainless models. I am slowly changing over to the Cuisanart brand!

New toaster oven just came and it works so well! Heats anything we need in no time, and arrived on time. Would recommend if you are looking to update your old toaster oven!

No timer for oven. Dials very dark, hard to read.Had an Oyster and was happier wirh ir.

I use it for toast, pizza and to cook everything (salmon, chicken, potatoes, etc,etc. I bought it for my condo in Florida and I will buy another one for me residence. Easy to clean

Works great as a toaster or mini oven. Large space, can fit a few slices of pizza in there or like 6 pieces of bread.

I would recommend this toaster oven. It's rare that I use my regular oven which saves on heat in the kitchen and electricity.

Having gone from a two slice toaster to this thing I am in heaven! No more microwaving leftover pizza. No more uneven or burnt toast. This thing is so easy to use. We love it!
