Cuisinart Griddle and Panini Press

My wife uses it make pancakes for breakfast and it seems that it is doing a great job. We once used it to grill some meat but it is not the same as when you do it using the traditional grill and charcoal.

Good grill/griddler
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the griddler/grill to cook hamburgers several times and the only issue is perhaps the angle of the plates are not steep enough for highly greasy foods. I've had to remove the grease with the included plastic scraper to prevent the grease from burning. To be able to manually adjust the angle would be a great feature to have since this is both a grill and griddle.

Returned griddle

But unfortunately the griddle was a deal breaker for us. When you open it up, the two sides slope towards the center (benefit for the grill), but made the griddle portion difficult. So we ended up returning it.

Great looking but...

I was expecting that the grill wouldn't stick to the food but I was wrong. I had to return it. Plus, it didn't reach hihrr temperatures so it took forever to grill my meals! I think I was unlucky.
