So far, everything I've used the griddler for has cooked well. I love that the plates are removable. Much easier to clean!

I was looking for a Panini maker and stumbled upon this. I really didn't want to spend that much for a glorified sandwich maker but I had a little store credit and thought what the heck. I have used this to make paninis (GREAT), steak (not so great), pancakes (great), burgers (great) and several other things. I am so pleased with this appliance. It cleans up easily and stores just as easy. I wish the sides were a bit higher to catch more drippings or at least guide them to the drip tray better.

Great for grilling in doors and super, super easy cleanup. Burgers come out great, hot dogs and buns are so crispy. Sandwiches are so beautiful and grilled cheese are so easy and quick to make. I really love the easy cleanup.

I use this mainly for grilling meats, from poultry, to fish, to pork and steaks. it does a great job leaving the meats juicy and tender, unlike the tilted grills (george forman), that dries the meats. I love the removable plates feature, which makes it very easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Decided to splurge & go in for the Griddler. Great purchase. I use it .more than I use the stove now. If I can use it for anything I will. Super easy to make sandwiches, eggs, anything. Love it.

Heats up fast and evenly and cleans up easily! Best is that the top lid/grill area has a great amount of swivel to allow for larger breads to be pressed evenly without ouching out the "stuff" inside of the sandwich.

This is the best Grill/Griddle & Panini Press that I ever had! Everything is cooking so well and the working temperature is great. Perfect for Tosts! Very easy to clean. I highly recommend.

we use ours for pork chops, fish, turkey burgers...the list goes on. everything cooks faster and you can see the fat cook off. We even bought my brother and sister-in-law one for their wedding gift-they love it. It's well worth the money. We had a different grill previously but love the cuisinart grill much more!

I was hesitant to buy this because of the price. However, when compared to other counter-grills, this seemed to be the best because of the price and changeable plates. The day after I bought it, we cooked breakfast on it and made panini sandwiches. I would definitely recommend buying this product.

The Cuisinart Griddler is an excellent way to cook when you are trying to eliminate excess oil, butter, and grease. It does take a minute to warm up to the desired temperature. That is the only thing that gets me down.

This is the best cooking appliance for any bachelor. You can cook almost anything - just don't try scrambled eggs!

What a terrible product! The ad stated it could sear meat, but it doesn't! It leaves a few poor grill lines on the steak but does NOT sear it. The meat comes out after cooking and looks like it was cooked in a Microwave. It was all grey -- horrible. I bought two of these as gifts and am so sad I wasted my money. Maybe it is good for pancakes but for meat it's a waste! Don't waste your money on this worthless item.

This is one of my favorite purchases. Cooks excellent and really easy to clean.

So far we've only made pancakes with ours- but its very easy to use and pretty much a cinch to clean

I have owned this for four days and used it four times. It has been a disaster 3 of those 4 times. The green indicator lights that are supposed to come on when it's reached the desired temperature appear to have a mind of their own. The first time I used it, they came on indicating a temperature of 400 degrees - but the thing wouldn't sizzle, and wasn't even hot enough to melt a little pat of butter! The second time, the green light came on immediately when I turned the machine on. The third time it actually seemed to work, although I would say 10 minutes to cook a normal-thickness pancake at 375 degrees doesn't sound right. But at least it cooked something. The fourth time it overcompensated. It preheated for over 10 minutes without the green light ever coming on. It was set at only 350 degrees but must have been far higher, given the smoke that came up from even a little bit of olive oil. This is going back to the store as soon as I get out of work tomorrow. 100% unreliable in every way.

I was looking for a panini maker and found this. It was a littler pricier at BestBuy but after price-match, it was a sweet deal. Love the product. Ever since I have purchased it, Panini's are an everyday occurrence in my kitchen.

Excellent product, replaced a Foreman grill. Better in every single way!

Wish it would cook meat better. Good for sandwiches.

I received the griddler/grill within a few days. We love it. Food taste good and cooks quickly.
