Love this product! No more walking to the kitchen, working over the stove. Being able to set ideal temperatures for the different varieties of tea has been very convenient as well; I've been messing up my green tea all these years...

The ability to choose specific temperatures for the water is a game changer. I never realized that green tea, when brewed at 175 degrees, is infinitely better than green tea prepared with boiling water! This pot is expensive but it is worth the cost.

We like this kettle. It’s quick and I like the keep warm feature. I think my chemex coffee is better now that I am using the water at proper temperature. Only downside is that it is difficult to see the water level when filling it up at the sink. Our previous kettle was glass so the water level strip is a change from that.

This was a gift but now i want one works great everyone needs one

In Europe, many households have these but in America we haven't seen them as often. I was looking for a good one for her, and this has all the bells and whistles that you could ever need. Great quality, works well!

I have a friend who has one and finally I was able to get my own. Is practical, I like the fact that you can heat the water different temperatures and reheats the water two o three times depends your settings. I got on sale $20 off that was a great deal!.

I love the different temperatures. I use the lower temperatures for hot chocolate for little ones, so it isn't so hot. I drink a variety of tea and this helps me easily get the temperature I need.

It works just as advertised! My wife used another brand in Europe while on vacation and I take a thermos of hot tea to work each day, so we looked at reviews and decided on this particular brand. Luckily, Best Buy had it on sale.

Love this pot! No problems with it. A little heavy when filled with water but manageable. Use it multiple times a day. Like that the exterior of the pot doesn't get hot.
