Works as advertised. Had no idea different teas required different temperatures for optimal flavor although I think is a bit goofy! As to the kettle, it works as expected and the stainless steel is a plus

This is a great appliance, used to make instant coffee and tea at the same time. Keeps water hot for a while.

This is the only appliance (large or small) that I use on a daily basis. I had a Cuisinart electric kettle for 15 years and it served me very well. It had one on/off button and that was just fine for me. After all those years the looks deteriorated and that is why I decided to replace it. I wish I could have found the same model, but no such luck. This seemed to be the replacement for it. I do not use all of its settings and personally, I wish there were fewer buttons but that is not a reason to downgrade this rating.

This kettle is really great. I like the fact that it can keep warm for sometime.

The kettle works quick and is some what easier thrn boiling water. I don’t believe the temperature is accuatate as I used a temperature gun to check if the water was as hot as it says and it was aleays off by 10 degrees.

This kettle is used everyday several times a day as I am a tea drinker. I love the keep warm feature

This is a great kettle for various types of tea. You can take a nap and wake up to a fresh pot of tea with your scones...Lol. One of the best kettles on the market. Happy sipping!

So far no problems. It nice to been able to set it to the different temperatures depending on what you need the water for.

This kettle has only been used for a month but it is extremely good, quick boil, relatively quiet and looks great.
