Letters rubbing off. That’s my only concern. It works good. I purchased it in March 2021. I use it daily. I drink a lot of tea. I need to stop the letters from coming off.

Great kettle, but it really doesn’t need all of the various temperature settings. If you can find the exact kettle without them, buy that one instead and save a few dollars.

Its an electronic kettle that does exactly what its supposed to do. It has one job and it does that job well. Enough said.

Looks good & works fine. Replaces an old one just like it.

This has several temperatures for different coffee and tea choices, and a "keep warm" feature that keeps the water at the selected temperature. Very nice, recommended.

It is a very convenient useful pot. I drink coffee and tea every day and this pot makes hot water easy. I Love it!

This is my favourite new kitchen appliance! Might cost a couple bucks but I got a great kettle.

Very clean nicely build, have it for a a while now and would say much easier to clean than the older one I had.

Low water warning works perfectly, auto shut off is awesome, about 3 minutes to heat a full pot from cold. Multiple heat settings for different teas, not sure it makes a difference in the taste of the tea, but, it works as designed..

This is the best water boiler I have ever had. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to have a great boiler for any purposes such as tea, coffee, and so on.

I want to return this because I really don’t need it and can’t return due to covid situation . Do you guys have extended return policy

I think it’s a fair price device. Gets the job done but I do like my dads kettle better. I forget what brand but it’s like 200$ or more so I’ll stick with this for now.

We have 2 of these kettles and they really serve the purpose. Kids took one to school for cold and flu season, so tea drinking is part of their recovery.

We use it exclusively for tea and it works perfectly. Heats up in a reasonable time and is quite convenient.

Good works just like it suppose to havd not had any issue so far.

Great electric kettle, the only thing to get used to is the stay warm feature. It actually comes in handy but takes getting used to.

You want the best kettle electricity product then this is right for you
