    Main reason to buy this kettle was to replace another broken one. Key to this buy was a sufficiently long power cord. This allows placing kettle easily on the counter anywhere. Many kettles now have very short power cords.

    So far 25 days into the purchase and no issues. Heating time is normal I think that I have owned. Also the long warranty is better than the other 1 year ones offered.

    We are elderly and this pot, when full, is too heavy for my wife to pick up. I am able to do so but it should be lighter in weight.

    Absolutely love this kettle, it was a gift for my sister who loves tea and its amazing! Only downside is that it can be hard to clean, we had to buy a brush long enough to clean the bottom of the kettle.
