    Water didn't pour out very well, especially when the water was near the bottom. It came out not as where I pour but in different directions where I always got my table wet. Also, got to be careful that the kettle became very hot when the water was heated. The only place you can touch is the handle.

    The first time I used this electric kettle, it leaked water all over my kitchen countertop and floor. It's clearly defective but Best Buy wouldn't help with the return because I passed the return date, which was only 14 days after it was delivered. Really, 14 days? I'm VERY disappointed that Best Buy is selling defective equipment and then making it difficult for me to get it refunded and replaced. I won't be buying appliances from Best Buy again.
