Delivered on the promise of boiling water with an excess of buttons and lights, just as my wife wanted. Store assistant was very helpful.

A big problem! After this kettle heats my first water to boil, empty the kettle, refill it with the second cold water, place it on the base. But I cannot select any button (neither all preset temperature buttons, Start button, nor Keep warm button). I have to wait for a couple of hours to make any button work again.

After a couple of uses it began to leak and since j didnt put any insurance on it, i had to throw it away. Bummer. But for the time that it did work, it worked like a charm

I purchased this item on 7/22/19, and used it several times without issue. It is now 9/8/19 and the thing is now a $100 piece of trash sitting on my kitchen counter, as it has stopped functioning entirely.

There is a gel type adhesive around the pouring nose. (Look inside the nose) When boiling water pours would this be safe ? It actually melted and got out. Very disappointed. Found out later so cannot return.

My wife got another teapot with the same functionality. I purchased this three weeks before her birthday. What I did not realize was that Bestbuy's return policy only was valid for fifteen days after the purchase. I could have purchased this from Amazon and had a month to return it. This is enough for me to close the door to doing any further business with BestBuy.

No was to properly scrubbing and space to clean is so tight

after a month and a half of use, it already starts to rust inside

I love the stainless steel look. I love the different temperature controls. We drink mostly green tea, and kettles that only boil will burn the leaves. It's also a faster method to boil water than the stove top when I only need a little bit of water. We use it daily, sometimes multiple times daily, and have had it over 2 years. My only complaint is that it is kind of difficult to clean the inside with the lid opening and there being a few grooves inside. But the tea company I buy from has their own descaler they sell, and using that it cleans it out just fine. No rust or lime buildup. Heating element still works great. I've recommended this kettle to many people and will continue to do so. It's well worth the price for how much better it is than the $20-40 options.

So far so good. Great tea kettle that boils really quickly compared to others I’ve had. I really like the keep warm function, the only con for me is the loud beeps when the kettle is finished, I wish the volume could be controlled or muted.

I love this electric kettle. It heats the water to the temperature I want it. I make a lot of tea so being able to choose the type of tea is wonderful. I also boil water for different things. I don't have to wait for the water to boil on the stove.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it. I chose because of features that make it efficient and convenient and the design which should protect the heating element from effects of hard water.

We're loving this kettle!! It's fast, and the specific temperature settings make it ideal for the various ways that my husband and I brew teas and coffees. We also appreciated the service at Best Buy. Thanks so much!

Very good tea kettle with different preset temperature ratings, so far has been used for black tea and green tea. Easy to use.
