    Had this kettle for 2 months and it works great. However, 1 big and annoying problem is that the letters on the buttons fade away very quickly and then all you have is a set of buttons without lettering. This is pretty bad!

    I purchased a Cuisinart Kettle and found it to be great for about a year and a half, then it started leaking. It has a lifetime guarantee but Cuisinart wont honor it because I can't find the receipt. Who keeps the receipt forever and why would I need one if a product has a lifetime guarantee? I spent a lot of money on this product with the thought I would have this for years and years. Now I am left with a leaky kettle and no way to fix it. My only thought is that Cuisinart knowly understand that no one keeps the receipt that long so they wont have to honor lifetime guarantees. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE LEAKS!

    20 minutes later and it still doesn't boil - Normally I walk in the house hit start and have tea a few minutes later - not with this
