many purchased, few problems

Worked for a bit then didn't

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So after a little over a year of using it, first found out that if you don't give it at least a 15% load the battery won't cut in during power outages. Second thing is after about 8 months of having it connected to at least a 15% load no it just completely fails to cut in, it looks like the battery itself may be faulting and in need of replacing. So, not really a fan maybe I'll go back to APC.
