Customers are saying

Customers admire the 1500VA Battery Back-Up System's long battery life, strong performance, and ease of use. Many appreciate its surge protection capabilities, reasonable price, and the informative display. While some found the unit heavy and noted occasional software challenges, the positive feedback on its functionality and features outweighs these minor drawbacks. The system's setup is also praised for being straightforward.

I purchased a few of these. They do not prevent my devices from turning off when the power goes off, which is what I thought they were built to do.

This ups i put in basemenr to power just my fios control unit. It draws so little it will stay on for 10hrs 600mins it shows and this os only 900 watts. Then I put additional units on the fios and eero routers and even though 100watts the sine wave models last shorter times so apx 3 or 4 hours it will last. Very good units

I purchased two of the CyberPower 1500VA units prior to hurricane Irma. I hooked one up to my 55" Sony TV (drawing 275 watts) and the other to the cable box, modem and router (drawing less). Each power unit provides 900 watts. When the power goes off, the TV stays on, and doesn't even flicker. The cable does not have to reboot... it is that fast. When the power goes off, I have 80 minutes worth of time on the TV and more than 360 minutes worth of time on the cable, and WiFi. My other items like the DVR, TV surround sound unit, LEEO, and others are plugged into the other side of the unit which provides surge protection, but not battery backup. The battery backup side also provides surge protection. In the front are slots to charge your phone...but, I have a "My Charge" Gold for that purpose, also from Best Buy. I am pleased with the purchase of the two CyberPower units.

Even though I'm computer savvy, I bought this to run a sump pump during power outages. It is a real workhorse and performed wonderfully. I can only imagine how well it would work with my computer and peripherals.

I'm using a different account so it probably won't show my review as varified. I purchased this unit from Best Buy around 1.5-2 years ago and so far it has worked great. It has saved my PC from about 3 total blackouts and tens of short power spikes or outages. So far no problems. It was really annoying with the beeper on. It was a pain to try to figure how to turn it off, but once I did I had no complaints.

great product, made it through 2 hurricanes, ran my 75 gallon aquarium filter and light for hours! I own 4 of these for the house, The only problem with the battery backup is you don't know if the batteries are good until the power goes out,,, then it's kinda late. Batteries lasted 3 years 2 months. Machine has 3 year warranty.

This unit has been effective at protecting my machines and devices. One of the batteries has dropped below voltage 11.10V after 3 years 7 months. Easy to replace batteries either one or both at the same time for much less then the cost of a new UPS. Batteries are more likely to fail than the UPS Controler. One UPS has been running for 20 years with just battery replacements, I'm counting on this cyber power to do the same.

Bought this since we frequently have surges and brief (1-5 seconds) power outages in our home because our neighborhood has very old and poor-quality wiring. This has saved my data multiple times when working on important tasks. Handles my extremely powerful PC, three monitors, phone fast-charger, and smartwatch charger without even breaking a sweat. Had the power go out for several hours overnight once, while my PC was in Sleep Mode, and the UPS showed that it could maintain in that state for 8-10 hours, which was more than enough time for them to get the power fixed. I can't go back to not having one of these things protecting my equipment.

I originally purchased a Cyberpower UPS about 8 years ago. The battery quit after all those years of no problems. Decided to purchase a new up to date UPS and stuck with the Cyberpower brand. I needed to have over 700 watts and this fit the bill. Setup was easy had the software already. I tested it and it worked perfectly running then shutting down 3 of my PCs. Very happy with Cyberpower.

Over several years I have purchased 3 or these units and every one of them is still fully operational. In fact I am sitting in front of the original unit and I have not even had to replace a battery in it. They are excellent units and I recommend them to friends and clients.

Where I live our power can go out through the neighborhood on a sunny day. This has helped so many times. Powering my PC, 3 monitors and other things. It jumps in the moment power changes at all.

    Works fine, so far

I hooked it up and everything works fine. I already had a power failure in the short time I've been using it, and everything stayed on until I could shut it down properly. It has more than enough power for what is attached: a tower PC, monitor, DSL modem, small speakers, and a DirecTV receiver. Of course the DirecTV box loses all its memory and gets stupid whenever I have to shut it down. Only time will tell if this unit is built to last, but I'm hopeful.

I had the unit for 2 years, had modems etc. plugged in but never tested the unit. On a recent power failure the unit did not maintain power to the attached equipment. After some email back-and-forth with the company and some testing, it was diagnosed as a battery problem. The company sent me fresh batteries as soon as I could dig up the purchase receipt. Now the unit seems to be working fine.
