Very useful, so I bought 2 of these CyberPower battery backup units.

I bought it as a battery pack instead of a backup. When I explained to the salesman what I needed he recommended it and lead me to believe it was just what I needed. Even though the salesman was confused it was still good for what I needed. I now know how to use it and am happy with it. It is a very good product and if you need a back up this would be great.

My old ups of similar size finally decided to stop charging on me so I needed a new one. This one actually has a bit more capacity and seems to last a bit longer than my old one did for my main server system. Hopefully it will last the 15+ years that my last one did but I suppose time will tell on that. It has at least a 30 minute run time with what I use it for, which is great for when ameren cilco decides to do maintenance in my area and not tell anyone. My system stays up and running for these short outages.

Works as expected for now. I'm curious how long it will actually last. BUT I wouldn't do without one. Absolutely essential, imo. nice extras with the usb ports perfect backup power for pc, monitor, modem and wifi.

This product required very little effort to set up and start using.

Haven't seen it in action yet, but I anticipate it will do well.

Works nicely out of the box, easy setup. Already had a power outage th3 other day, this unit worked as advertised and kept my computer going!

This back-up system gives me more time than my old system. Easy to set up. With frequent thunderstorms where I live, I do get a fair amount of use of this system. I highly recommend this.

I am not tech savvy but this was very easy to hook up and use.

This has saved me twice just in the first 30 days or so a great product. I had a smaller one but when I wanted a new one decided to go larger glad I did this has been such a great protection for my gaming computer.

Setup literally couldn't be any easier. Haven't had a blackout so no real world test yet, though according to the estimate given by the backup, even with my power hungry gaming system is have 15 minutes

Good battery backup with enough power for 2 computer systems.

The power only went out once and only for five minutes but my TV, internet, and direct TV receiver all stayed on. I like the display that tells you how much time you have left on battery.

Easy to install, replaced my old one which croaked.

I purchased the CyberPower UPS to replace a very old APC UPS. The battery of the old UPS was not longer taking a charge and I needed a new UPS quickly because of storm conditions causing many power brown-outs causing my PC and peripherals to shutdown. Instead of replacing the battery I opted to purchase a newer UPS which had new features. It definitely saved my PC and peripherals from several power brown-outs during the summer and a recent power blackout. This is a solid performing UPS. The battery in emit a strange smell for 1-2 days only, but that occurs with any new UPS.

I took it home and plugged it in, and it worked. Of course, since this is a UPS I won't really know how well it does until I get an extended outage that pushes its capabilities. But so far, so good. The manufacturer makes a couple of different versions of software available for working with the UPS on a computer. I'm using the simpler of the two versions, and it seems to do what I want. It makes it easy to see the status of the UPS and about how long my devices should be able to run on the battery. My one criticism is the icons on the small screen on the front of the device. It was less than intuitive what some of them mean, and the documentation wasn't very helpful. However, this was a minor issue and not enought o knock it down a star.
