I took it home and plugged it in, and it worked. Of course, since this is a UPS I won't really know how well it does until I get an extended outage that pushes its capabilities. But so far, so good. The manufacturer makes a couple of different versions of software available for working with the UPS on a computer. I'm using the simpler of the two versions, and it seems to do what I want. It makes it easy to see the status of the UPS and about how long my devices should be able to run on the battery. My one criticism is the icons on the small screen on the front of the device. It was less than intuitive what some of them mean, and the documentation wasn't very helpful. However, this was a minor issue and not enought o knock it down a star.

Had an older APC 350VA which no longer can support all the new-fangled devices. Had 2 printers, scanner, Sound system, and a PC. I put the 350VA UPS to the printers and the new 1500VA UPS to my new build PC, scanner, and sound system. CAVEAT: I had a difficult time to remove the software to manage the UPS. I am still unable to remove remnants from my PC. I don't remember why I wanted to remove it- but I did not like how it was working on my PC. UPS is still functional, You just can't check details. I recommend not to install the software.

Definitely, definitely would recommend this battery backup. It has always proved it weight in gold as computer components seem to be worth more than gold these days with the crazy chip shortages and scalpers. Would really recommend for someone who wants to protect their electronics from just about anything you can think of besides something like a lightning bolt coming through your window; however, if that happens, you probably have more important things to worry about other than your electronics that this is taking care of.

Bought this because my lights have been flickering recently, probably because of the extreme heat in SoCal and the potential power issues. Since my PC has 3090 and i7 10850k, I decided to invest in one of these to A. Clean the power going to my PC B. Give me some time to shut down my PC and save any open files C. Give me peace of mind my 2.5k Build is safe So far this unit has given me NO issues. My event log has been completely full of times it had to kick on due to my crappy power. Could not be more happier!

Powerful UPS, run cool, more compact than our previous UPS.

Powered up, worked well from the start and has performed as advertised. Would recommend this to anyone looking for good power protection at a reasonable price.

I set it up and plugged in my stuff and it's just there, being awesome. IF I could change one thing it would be to space out some or all of the inlets more, a lot of electrical equipment have very large bulky attachements at the end... you can' fit them next to each other if the inlets are too close together. so I have some wasted plugs.

Nice unit, good range of outputs. Decent capacity - sat between mains and TV, Cable Box, PS etc. Protection from power dip to avoid 10 mi box reset cycle - overkill, maybe, but effective.

I have been a strict APC user for years but their customer service has been increasingly difficult to work with. They also do not stand behind their warranty like they did 15 years ago. CyberPower has been great to work with and the quality if their products have improved much over the years. I now purchase their products exclusively.

Used for over a month in storm season and so far it has worked like a champ. Super easy and our gaming PC no longer suffers from voltage drops or black outs. For us, battery lasts longer than advertised.

This is the second unit I have brought. The first one lasted 5 Years. we have a lot of power outages in the winter and this backs up my TV and Direct TV until my generator kicks in

Easy to set up - within minutes. Lots of features. Can keep my security cameras, cable modem, router, and smart home system running for 90 minutes.

I'd been looking at these for awhile but online they didn't have times listed and I knew it was on the box from working at Best Buy so I finally went in the store. I work from home and need to make sure I can work if we lose power. This one lasts 7 hrs. And I only have my work computer plugged into it.

Does its job has USB ports for charging ur phone perfect

CyberPower battery backup system has saved my computer a couple of times when the power went out and was able to close down windows without losing my work or getting a blue screen.

currently own 3 of these. use these to back up my 3 3d printers. they last quite a bit and have yet to give me issues and have saved many of prints during power issues

Does what it promises to do and was easy to install.

I bought this because it was available in the store and had cable tv protection which is how lightning damaged my router and tv the first time, since my first purchase we have had several severe storms and so far have been fine, I think it was the best value based on features and battery time.
