The Cyberpower Lx1500GU was a great purchase. I went to the Best Buy Store to purchase but they had none on display or in the store. Associate stated to order online. I did order online and got unit delivered sooner than expected. This was my first purchase of Cyberpower product as I always bought APC. I was disappointed that I had to call Cyberpower to find out when the unit was manufactured. The first associate tried to blow me off by stating it had a 3 year warranty. I indicated that I wanted something that was not sitting on the shelf for a year. He did not get what I was saying. After I called a different department, I found out mine happened to be August 2016. APC has it in the code of the product your buying.

Considerably more powerful than I expected. It's not entirely user-friendly on the menus but gives a whopping 90 minutes of computer time when you hook-up two items. 1. Computer screen. 2. Computer. That's 90-extra minutes for your computer even if the power is out completely in your house. That is a wonderful and safe feeling. --dw817 (03-05-21)

It is a really heavy item that does exactly what it says. It is a surge protector and has a backup battery when the power goes out. I do wish it lasted a bit longer, but I am satisfied.

I have a QNAP NAS server and use this to protect it, a switch, my router, and modem so I don't have to worry about remote access if the power goes down while I'm away. It connects easily to the server and gives it plenty of time to shut down if needed.

I've used these units for years. During that time I've never had to replace A/V or computer equipment due to storm or brown-out damage. This unit has 2 usb ports on the front that can be used to charge phones and tablets. Batteries are replaceable and reasonably priced.

I work in the IT environment and this kind of products are under appreciated. Just built a little setup with router- switch and others and it works perfectly.

Decent UPS with plenty of reserve to get you thru an outage without loosing your data. Like the on demand screen, so you can see the status of your unit without the distraction of a constant on display.

This CyberPower UPS is robust and easy to setup. If you are in a place with frequent momentary power sags or outages, you will love this backup system. The front display is really useful.

This battery back-up is exactly what I needed to avoid loss of internet, my security system, and other key items during power surges and power losses up to 375 minutes. Great Product.

While not the best buy. This one will perform like the best one. It has most of the features you will find on the more expensive models and works well under pressure. Giving you time to back up your files when the power goes out. One draw back is that the battery's are a little more expensive to replace than some of the competition. But when that time comes you are likely going to purchase a new one any way cause it just makes more since!

Very solid backup for the price. I like the extra USB ports in the front for charging.

My old UPC died, but CyberPower is better deal now and quality just as good.

Like I wrote this is my first battery backup. I trade online and can't afford losing computer access to my broker. I've periodically been losing electrical power last few months and since installing I've had a power outage. The unit worked without a glitch.

Very compact and easy to install. (Just plug into the right ports). I have not had a brown out/Blackout to test it out on, so can't say how well it does it's work of keeping my computers safe.

Running a pretty simple configuration with this UPS – older Dell server plus monitor and a few peripherals – and it's doing the job just fine. Setup was quite simple and integration with the server is nicely implemented.

This UPS works great for when you have to switch from solar to generator and you don’t want to interrupt a movie while you switch. Thinking of getting another one for electric source switching of the router and smart Things Hub!

This is truly a great battery back-up system. I've had back-up systems before, but the problem was that the batteries were integral to the system, so when they finally failed, I had to replace the entire system (i.e., not just the batteries). The CyberPower has just that - replaceable batteries - so when they do eventually fail, the replacement costs will be minimal. Finally, I live in Florida - the lightening capital of the US - so we have power interruptions quite often. This battery back-up system has saved my "bacon" more than once.
