I've had two brown outs since purchasing this UPS. It worked as expected. So glad I bought it. I own two CyberPower units, and I've been very pleased.

This was the beefier that unit Best Buy had. The first time I had a power outage, I was able to safely turn my TV and Xbox off, and it kept my WiFi up (and would have for about 3-1/2 hours).

The UPS works just fine. I could recommend it to anybody that needs one. They could use a manual in the box but it doesn’t have one, so you have to go online.

Great purchase! It has saved me multiple times. It's very quiet and is able to keep my workstation going for 3 hours after lights go out.

Love the updated features than my older models. USB ports are awesome with varies devices I have to charge .

The electricity where I live blinks on and off. When the power blinks the PC goes off then have to reset, with the battery backup I can keep playing on the PC. I

This system has been very helpful in our small office where we sometimes we have electrical failures. Has saved us a lot of time and effort.

I bought this to replace my last one that died a natural death. This is a "must-have" for my computer, since we have so many power glitches. It saves having to constantly reboot.

Bought this for those days when the power flickers and I'm on Zoom. Haven't had to use much, but it works as promised.

Does a good job of protecting equipment and has about the highest capacity you can get before you jump up to a new price range.

CyberPower UPS are the best value and we switched from APC brand quite a few years ago. Bought this for our TV Media Center and the configuration is perfect. This also has AVR which some do not give you or tend to charge more for that feature. AVR is Automatic Voltage Regulator and it basically means that not only will it "eat" the surge but it will boost up power lags/brown outs that are just as detrimental to your electronics. Been a tech since '95 so urge you all to always look for AVR on your back-ups!

Life saver for work and power issues. We get occasional power outages and this helps combat that while working. Hopefully it last long term

Works as intended. Needed surge protection for my new computer network setup and this fit the bill.

Great UPS, I've had it come in handy a couple of times since purchasing and it has worked great.

I had many issues with some electrical equipment that was causing numerous headaches. I decided to buy this battery backup surge protector as someone recommended I try this method with the voltage regulator build it that doesn’t allow for any voltage dips or spikes. So far I’m completely impressed and haven’t had a single issue like I was. I’m still learning the ins and outs of this unit. Definitely would suggest this unit for all the options.

I upgraded from the 15m version after 8 years. This one's a life saver. Earlier this week we lost power for almost 2 hours. It supported my NAS, router, and phone base for the entire time.

It has the capacity I needed, and the display that gives me information about how much load it is under is very useful.

My power went out while I was gaming. It allowed me to get to a play a little longer. Get to a save point with out out me losing my progress.

Bought this to keep the home theater running during power outages. TV and surround sound work for hours with this UPS.

I purchased this UPS as a replacement for another brand I was using and am very happy with my choice. Extremely easy to set up. Plenty of plug in's. Have not had any issues.
