This is an upgrade. I downloaded the software but I dont like it. I love cyber power. I had the smaller model for many years.

The accompanying software can be a little confusing to set up at first.

So far so good. USB charging on front is handy

I like the digital readout that tells me the status of the battery. The two 2.1 A USB charging ports on the front are nice for charge tablets and phones.
