I’ve had a couple of brown outs and it’s worked like a charm. Output is clean. This is made to safely turn off devices, not to keep devices on while power is off, maybe small usb devices.

Only complaint is it needs to hooked up via USB cable to use the computer interface such as scheduling and all that. Would love to see this wireless, or even better utilize a Lan connection. This unit already has LAN input and output, it would be easy to just tap into that for network access.

I am able to run my desktop for roughly an hour while working when I have this on. I have my router hooked up to another so I can maintain internet thru my signal booster. Well worth the money.

Although it was Geek Squad branded the old UPS was made by CyperPower and I was totally satisfied with it which is what made me decide to buy this one along with the favorable reviews on the Best Buy site. Installation was a breeze and the s/w I already had installed for the old UPS was compatible with this new one.

I would have to unplug my Boston powered surround sound speaker system and the game would still fault my UPS. My new CyberPower 1500VA/ 900WATTS lets me play all my latest games at fast optimized settings with full surround sounds. Love it!!!

Just have to remember to check the batteries every now and then to make sure its still holding a charge. Also be sure if you fully discharge the battery during a power outage you fully recharge the unit or else you might wind up with no battery backup comes next outage.

In my opinion this has prolonged the life of the equipment connected to the CyberPower BBU. Replacing the battery is not as easy as other brands but is still doable with a screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers. We get approximately 20 minutes power to the devices during a temporary power fail situation.
