Product works as stated and was very easy to set up.

I own 2 of these. So far they are great UPS's. No problems what so ever. And big enough to keep my network going when we've had power losses. No surge events, but I expect these will do the job of protecting my electronics.

Love this new option for delivery. Having a very expensive gaming pc, it was important to get my new UPS immediately. since I started using it we’ve had some neighbored wide power outages saving me worry about the hardware I have connected to it. Great buy!

Had a recent power blip and the Battery Backup took over and kept everything going. Hopefully no spikes will happen, but it should take care of them. I liked the outlets that offered spike protection only as well as the ones that also had backup protection.

Does what it says. Easy setup. Solid construction.

this time it wiped out the router modem program and we had to re-program. it screwed up my printer, and lord knows what else. My dear consultant suggested i invest in this and i did buy one, not the best, but somewhere in the middle. this is a home and not a business

I needed a UPS for my router, SAN, cable modem, and my wife's fish tank. Already needed to turn off power in the house, twice, to do some electrical work, and it kept everyone happy (other than the beeping ;-) ). Bought this one as I already had one in use for my home server.

Works as advertised. Very quick response for those very short power glitches so modem/router do not reset. Only fault is power limitations. When printing from Xerox laser printer, initial surge trips breaker. Had to plug printer directly into wall via another surge protector. All other devices work fine. It is currently supporting HP notebook, docking station, two HP LED monitors and other peripherals with no issues (other than printer).

I received this product in timely manner. The product is solid with great performance features.

Great product very reliable works great protection

I shopped a bit for one of these for a home office. It has all the ports, extra plug sites and power to save my stuff in the event of a power interruption. Best Buy had it listed for a good price, so I am extra happy with my purchase!

I have not had this product for long, but so far it seems like a solid investment that will product my PC. It is well-constructed, and has a clean interface. No complaints for now, and we will see how it does during a power outage at some point I'm sure.

Ive bought 3 of these now for several work PC's plus my personal PC. problem free and no issues. The one I bought for home had a battery go out on it, but ive had that one for 6 years now.... Ill be buying one of these to replace it for sure.

I bought the CyberPower - 1500VA Battery Back-Up System to prevent my computer being destroyed by intermittent brownouts. I have not had an issue since. It is simple to set up and the display is unobtrusive. Also the software interface is good. -

So far so good. Bought it and followed the directions to charge it first. Had a power flicker and everything stayed on (especially my pc) I plan on getting another one for the AC unit so neither will trip any breakers and such.

This was a good price for a replacement battery back up. My old one died and replacing the battery is a hassle and fairly expensive. It is easier to just replace the whole thing. And you know your protection is new again and not possibly damaged.

This was a replacement for an earlier unit, It is working as stated, at this point in time I have had no power outages so I haven't put it to the test as to the length of time it will run my equipment

No problems and super easy to install. You do need to wait a few minutes or longer for the battery to show that is charging. Have little patients and you will be happy. Remember to install the free software from the website after you connect the USB cable.

backup battery for mac and majic jack which is my phone and has worked with power outages and hurricane
