Good: - Battery allows me to use my laptop for an additional hour or two Bad: - Battery drains quickly even when nothing is plugged into it - There is no way to turn on the battery without an active power outlet. The battery doesn't let you turn it on unless it is plugged into power. It renders it totally useless unless you have a power outlet or keep it turned on at all times. But if you are planning on going on a road trip and using your laptop in your car, you have to keep the battery turned on the whole time because if you turn it off there's no way to turn it back on without an active wall outlet. - How to use the display to change the settings is not easy or self explanatory at all. I had to read the user manual in order to figure out how to use it. - When you unplug the battery from the wall, it beeps every minute, which is very annoying. Luckily it is possible to turn off the beep from the settings.

I live in a small town and we have power outages occasionally. This UPS really does a great job at protecting my electronics.

I've been having nothing but problems with APC units the last few years. The cyber power units have all outlasted the APC's

Can keep my computer going for 30 minutes under normal usage. 10 minutes while gaming.

Has great specs which may seem like overkill for home, but is a solid unit that provides more than enough time to nicely shutdown equipment with long-term power loss, or keeps things running well without interruption for short-term outages.

Solid ups with good features. I use this to hold up a X32 console and computers when doing sound reinforcement and at home for backup. It has kept my system up during several power outages.

At first i thought paying a ridiculous price on a power supply was absurd but now investing into one of these, I see how useful my money was well spent. especially with all the money i spent on my PC. This is a must have if you dont want to risk shorting your PC or expensive devices!

It works well as a ups should, but i work from home in a rural area and if the power goes out and im talking to a client over my vpn phone, i cannot have a loud beeping happening during my conversation. I have moved it to my living room to power and protect my tv, and entertainment system where the alert noise is not as bothersome. I also use the equivalent APC units which do offer the mute option as well as a little more status details. This device does its job well, but I prefer the APC for $10 more.

This is a great product. Peace of mind when you need to protect your equipment. I recommend this product.

Good product, does exactly What I need it to. If the power goes out it always keeps everything running until it comes back on

I now have 4 of these UPS in my home on my TV, Computer, Cameras, etc and the others have all worked great, so that's why I bought the 4th one. In Florida, Power is a BIG problem with all the lightning and surges. So far, these have saved my equipment and provided the backup when needed.

I have 3 of these units protecting 2 desktop computers and as a backup power supply for my U-Verse modem/phone unit. They also protect a printer and various external hard drives. I feel they do a great job. Power fluctuations and heat are the 2 worst enemies of computers.

Used to keep our internet, xbox, and monitor running for at least an hour. I have 3 in my home for multiple devices.

I purchased a second unit based on about three years of perfect performance of the first unit. I've tried several others over the past 12 for 15 years and, so far, this one has been great!

This works with my Synology Nas and is doing what it is meant to do. I can not give long-term thoughts on the operation, however, we did have the lights flicker and the power supply did its job.

Excellent battery back-up to allow the graceful shut down of components attached to it, or for Wi-Fi extension for a few hours to handle kids requests in the event the power goes out.

Easily runs my home theater system, including 52" flat screen, 1000 watt surround audio receiver, cable box, several adapter boxes, and Blue Ray player for 20 minutes. Have not needed the PC interface, LCD control on box does everything I need, good clear readout of all parameters.

UPS batteries typically last a couple years so be prepared to replace if you don't get a lot of time out of the battery when the power goes out. I deployed a few dozen of these around my office complex, helpful when the power flickers and everything stays running.

We love the performance of this battery backup/surge protector. Strong enough to continue running everything from the computer tower to the dual screens for quite a while after a power outage. Flickers in the power no longer cause lost data or printing errors. with these units as backup.
