Setting up was easy, since I never used one before. Had plenty of room for all to plug into. Super heavy..... Super small.... Pretty hopeful that it will save my devices from improper shutdown...

Does what it supposed to do. Other brands in similar price range. just wish they made UPS's with lithium battery instead of lead old fashioned battery, but guess price would be way too much.

I buy cyberpower for all my customers because the other brand has terrible support and weasels out of their warranty when you need them. This is so less expensive unit with more power.

I always buy CyberPower because I've always had a good experience with them. I have a lot of very expensive electronic equipment so I only buy the best - CyberPower.

Good Value for the money, provides a decent runtime for short power outages, and bad voltage sources. Its nice to have the USB ports to power phones when working in a network closet.

Breaker keeps overloading shutting off power to my pc .Ordered this bad boy fixed the problem of having corrupt files when the power shuts down .Good info on display even controls over voltage .

This was an excellent buy. Good value for the price. I have been using this product for months now and it's already proven itself to me. I experienced a slight power outage and it kicked right in. My equipment didn't miss a beat.

Battery Back-ups aren't too exciting, you only really think about them when they don't work. This device was affordable and also is compatible with my Synology NAS device for power management.

I read reviews prior to purchasing and they were spot on! Easy setup and it has been rock solid on my network. All future ups purchases will be this brand and hopefully the same model. I would join the many others to recommend this product.

Suffer some weird power “blinks” and was tired of everything cutting out whenever this happened. Not a single issue since installing this in my office.

I live in south Florida, where intermittent power surges are common and without warning. This occurs on sunny days as well. This uninterruptible power supply worked as good as advertised.

I went out and bought this shortly after a thunderstorm... heard a pop and freaked out I fried something... fortunately all is good but didn't want to take a chance in the future. So far works great, clean power and I even run my Ethernet through it.

The UPS cyberpower back ups are seamless transfers for no blip power loss. Works excellent so far. We had 2 power outages from 30 minutes to 2 hours and they did great.

I need a new battery back up for our electronics, ma inky a desk top computer. Bought thus one. Easy set up and I love that I could just search bestbuy.com then pick up in store within a couple hours.

The Shipment arrived very fast and we set them up in less than 30 minutes each. The CyberPower software can be downloaded from the CyberPower website for business or personal use and it is free. It works well to control the UPS/Battery Backups from remote locations and have email notification of any problems.

Very happy easy to hook up and install hope battery life last as long as the specs show

Bought this for my new Cyber Power gaming PC that will be used for my business. Have always used APC, but I like the design, specs, and software on this better.

my son has his own you tube channel and needed a good battery backup for that computer. Does the job
