Unit is obviously defective but to get warranty service from cyberpower i have to pay to ship it back.Unit weighs 25 lbs so this isnt cheap. Will never buy cyberpower again. I had a APC backup years ago that needed warranty work and they paid shipping both ways.So buyer beware,stay away from cyberpower.
