Deal of Day buy. Added this for the TV & cable box that takes forever to re-boot on power blip - this unit large enough for that, and works well for short outages.

Good product especially for the cost. They have kept all my devices running and undamaged MANY times including through Hurricane Sandy etc. I own 3 or 4 Cyberpower UPS' and a few other brands also.

I bought this after my area started having power bumps during periods of high a/c usage this summer; they only lasted a second, but each one caused my smart t.v. to have to reboot which was quite an interruption. This device lets me protect my smart t.v., cable box and dvd player. Worked so well that I bought a second one for my desktop computer and the two printers I have hooked up to it which had been getting knocked offline each time there was any kind of power interruption. The batteries in the system last for plenty of time for this kind of problem.

Bought this after I "upgraded" to AT&T's VOIP service to keep my cordless phones and my NAS going in a power failure. The power is pretty reliable at my house so I haven't really had a chance to see if it works naturally, but seemed okay when I physically unplugged it from the wall!

What a joy to have a smaller, compact working backup system. Had cyberpower purchased in 2010 and it was huge and heavy compared to this one.

Don't even bother buying a new desktop without this. it's cheap and WAY worth it. It's self explanatory, sturdy, and not an eye sore (Unlike you, DONALD). The alarm is great when power is cut off (yes, I tested it---- 2 seconds before I typed this which totally freaked me out 'cause my monitor was on the unprotected side so I thought it didn't... phew). So be smart, unlike me 2 seconds ago, since you WILL use it! Unless of course you live in a world where electric power is magic and always on no matter what because baby Jesus/Moses/Tom Cruise/The Ghost of George Michael wished it so.

Been using CyberPower with my clients for several months and very pleased with this product. They are simple, can connect the USB to the PC to monitor health of UPS, and can also mount on walls. Very pleased and recommend it.

I wanted a simple UPS for my router and cable modem located in the basement. The price of this fit the bill just right. Neither is drawing a lot of power so I didn't need a beefy UPS but it will handle any hiccups that may happen (hiccups don't seem to happen nearly as often at my new house as they did at my previous house). I did have one power outage about a month ago. The UPS on the televisions and computer was able to hold up until the power came back on. But it meant nothing since my modem and router was dark. That's been resolved now.

While I have normally been an APC customer, I decided to give this CyberPower unit a try. Very easy setup and so far no problems at all. I'm interested in seeing how it handles this summer's storm season with the frequent power outages and spikes.

Easy install and has worked flawlessly thru a couple of power outages. It has enough powered slots to power important equipment for an organized shut down.

With frequent power outages I'm hoping this Battery Backup will not be used. It's just sitting quietly under the workstation with green light. But, if there is a problem, I'll know it. No surprises. Well worth the money.

We recently had a power outage in my area last week. My network equipment is plugged into the UPS, so although the power was out, I was still able to use the network. The outage happened at night and I fell asleep soon after, so I can not comment on how long the supply lasted. The electronics connected to the UPS were off by the time I woke up, so it was less than 2 hours. What I do know is that my electronics were unharmed. For the price that I paid for this item, it was a deal.

Hello people, I'm satisfied with the current functioning of my new surge protector. There is nothing I could say bad about it at this point. Keep in mind that I only had it for a few months and the real test of the Cyberpower surge protector's abilities would be over time, along with its back up abilities, Which I have not checked out yet. Overall, for now I'm satisfied with my use of the Cyberpower surge protector. It's basically just for my iMac desktop and my iPad. It's worth the money. Thank you for reading my review.

I purchased this battery backup unit because of the reputable name, great Best Buy price and the quality of the unit. I bought it and dedicated it to my cable modem, Wi-Fi router, and a Hub for my home automation devices. I love this battery backup but do wish that the engineers provided all outlets as battery backup and surge protection outlets. Right now it is half and half, industry standard. It would be great to have all outlets battery backup because you need space separation for some hookups that have rather large transformers and need more space to plug them in.

this hookup device solved my problems. When electricity is not reliable or problems of electric storms you need a hookup that protects your computer from the power. This works like a charm - no more worriess
