I purchased this battery back up because it was reasonable. I gave it a 3 star because I don’t know if it will last. I need to try it out first....

Easy to install and for me, the best thing I could have purchased. Better than the last one I had!

After charging the battery for the prescribed 8 hours. This UPS work fine for a single PC, Monitor and Speakers.

Just as described. I like the space saving flat plug. This is my second unit. I've had the first over a year with no problems. When I needed another I went back to the same brand.

This battery backup was the right size for my home network and the price was great as well.

I needed a small UPS for my Tivo. The until has plenty of power for this job. My only complaint is that you need to hold the power button down for mutliple seconds to operate it. that is non-intuitive.

We purchased this to support a Mac mini with a 24" external monitor and basic ink jet printer. The specs are good and the price is good for this level of protection. The ports are numerous with 4 battery protected ports and an additional 4 surge protected ports. The ports are well laid out and support a variety of plugs and it fits out of the way under the desk without eating up a lot of room.

The night I installed the backup, was just in time... Avista decided to have a few lights on- lights off- lights on again, OOPS! No they are off. The back-up unit handled the situation, and everything worked, when the lights finally did come on and stay on. Without the back-aup unit I do believe most of the electronics would have been fried. It's still working just perfect.

got for the surge protection, love having the battery backup as a just in case scenario.

Purchased to replace and APC, Decided to buy Cyber Power because my luck was running out with others. The app once located on the internet is easy to install and setup, the backup charged up and is working as expected. Simple layout, I wish there was a little more separation between outlets but size is a constraint. USB port is a welcome addition. Biggest hit is when I try to register the product the website shows an error.

It's a cheap UPS - I use it for my wireless router so we have time to backup and shut down various items around the house without losing the network. It does it's job, what else can I say?

I purchased because the amount of thunderstorms that occur in Florida. I was in fear of it doing some serious damage to my computer during these outages and therefore purchase this battery back up to eliminate a surge through my computer system. So far, this battery back up as prevented my computer from unexpected shutdown. In addition, i purchased and additional device for my router and telephone as well. I do like how this works.

This is a very good backup, reliable and last for years, highly recommended.

In Florida battery backups are a must. the bigger the better and more enjoyable I always say. I need them for all the TV s all the computers and the audio system and the stereo equipment I have. I have a smaller one for my electrified pet door, my garage door openers and my pool filter and my charger for my electric car. Can't think of anything else right now as I am running out of power.

I have had a previous Cyberpower UPS and find if a nice and compact unit. Granted the battery is not very large therefore it hold time is short, but with the constant power interruption here in southeast Florida it will protect my delicate devices such as router, modem and printer. It is easy to set up and works quietly. It does lay flat which takes up space but is easy to plug into.

Has been very reliable. Much better than a surge protector.

I normally stick with higher end backups but was in a pinch and this was all they had in stock at my local best buy. Few days later had a few power outages and this thing pulled through like a champ so save a few bucks and give this guy a shot. P.S. The biggest difference besides price is the battery time in the event of a full blown power outage. This is 2/3rds the price of its competitor and is only one second less battery time.
