The directions for setup were clear. Protecting our expensive equipment during stormy weather and being ble to use it during a power loss gives us peace of mind.

this backup unit meets all my requiements. We have had several power failures the our systems never knew it happened. We are completely satified with this unit.

The CyberPower 450VA took the hit so I bought another one. Have another CyberPower Back-Up 850VA in the house to protect our home theater. Well worth the money.

Works perfect. Haven't had a problem yet. Have not experienced a power outage to try this out however I see no reason why this wouldn't work.

I have been considering a battery backup for my computer, router, etc. to avoid hassles with momentary power interruptions, but have been undecided about what to buy. After looking at reviews for this model -- and with a little incentive from BB -- I decided to try it out, and was not disappointed. Sure enough, it's had a couple of tests recently, and passed with flying colors!

I have all my devices plugged in, didn't give it 5 stars only because this is 2nd backup I have had to purchase due to going out & I don't know how long this one is going to last.

I’m using this UPS to power my cable box, an IP camera, and cloud controller. I unplugged the power to test out the battery and was able to get over 2 hour of backup power before I plugged it back in. I haven’t tried draining the battery all the way down but I assume I could have gone longer. Other than that, it does the job it was intended for.

I recently had to turn off my breakers and it worked perfectly, my ps4 did not had the annoying (ps4 did not shut down properly) screen.

Had power interrupted problem every few days. Lost wifi router connection, presumably because my home power supply was spotty. Seems to have solved this problem to date.

Had an issue with using my tower and monitor on battery back up. moved the monitor to surge protector and solved the problem.

This UPS is a little better value than APC, accomplishes the same job, and in my past experiences lasts as long as any other brand.

Needed one to replace the backup system I purchased years ago. Be assured, one of these battery backup systems last years. And I only purchase through Best Buy stores! It is not unusual that I use all the plug outlets on the device, currently I'm only using 3 outlets. What with all the thunderstorms which roll through the areas I've lived, THIS has served me well.

This product works perfectly. We recommend it to anyone that lives in an area that has power outages.

Does what it's suppose to. Like that it has multiple outlets for the batter backup

Seems to work great for my office. The power went out a few days ago and it kept my equipment running until it came back on a few minutes later.
