Just what I needed!

Dear AT&T finally came out and realized it was caused by a wire outside my house. They fixed the problem, but the technician suggested I get a battery-backup surge protector that included a "phone line" just in case, so I did. Luckily, I haven't had a storm since I installed it, but I feel better knowing I have this surge protector in case I need it.

I have found that when it comes to any issues with their products they stand behind them 100% And if there is an issue they will replace it without question immediately. You don't have to go through a testing process in order to verify whether the product has failed or not. And they always make sure that they you are getting the best for the product that you were looking for at the price that is best for you
