Many also appreciate its affordable price, ease of use, and compact size, with several noting the convenient number of outlets. A small number of users mentioned a noticeable humming sound when the unit is running on battery power, and the lack of a USB connection was also cited as a drawback by a few customers.

Dissapointed that power supply is under rated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed that the power supply could not handle my 400Watt TV. The power supply claims to be a 450 Watt unit - but it is obviously not quite that high. I bought several of these units and they did work with my lower power TV and computer.

It is fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Cyper Power battery packs do NOT last long. This is the 3rd replacement in a row. Just know when you by them they are temporary. I recommend always by an extra one to keep in the home so when the one you have blows out - you already have the replacement.

Lots of plug space
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it because a needed lots of plugs which it's great for. Watch out what you plug into the one side that the battery backup handles. If you put items that require to much current it will put out an annoying beep.

good but somewhat skeptical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one last year and it didn't last as long as my experience with APC. However, when this one went out and I needed an immediate replacement, I could only get this model to replace it. I hope this unit lasts longer than the failed unit.

Only good for low power
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my tv but it can't handle that much this would be fine for a small item like a laptop or something small definitely not for home theater

Good value for low power backup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a lower power unit which does not have a replaceable battery. Good for battery back up for such things like Routers and modems. You'll need to recycle and replace about every three years.

Good for keeping small network up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This UPS is good for keeping a small amount of devices up for a short while. However if trying to keep a gaming computer running you will need a bigger rated amperage to keep it running.

Battery backup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to buy another backup, i guess the battery on the older model drained. Rated three stars for now seeing that the older model lasting less than 2 years. Hope this lasts longer.

Appeared To Be Working, But ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a great value and, from what I read, a great product. I would have given it 5 stars, but after using it for a few weeks (TV, DVR, wifi hub), a lightening strike blew the TV -- despite its being plugged into a "Surge+Battery" outlet (all other devices were fine). But the main reason for the 2 stars is because, when I researched filing a claim with Cyberpower, the documentation says the device must be shipped to Cyberpower to be inspected. This is a 55" TV! I am sure the shipping cost would dwarf any restitution.

Good Surge, not a back up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is a nice surge protector but lacks the power for a PC or gaming device that it was purchased for. Need to spend significantly more money to get into that level.

2nd time is a charm
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one of these failed after one usage (one hour of use, turn off, then used again a week later) -- failed to turn on at all. The replacement has been working fine.

Not the Best, but Adequate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my third Cyber Power UPS, but the new design features can be a bit annoying, most notably the constant ringing alarm. May decide to get an APC brand instead.

Not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item is one of the cheapest of its kind, and the quality shows. Had issues using multiple devices on the backup side, kept getting over limit beeps. Really unfortunate
