Failed and deceptive internal battery size
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within the first 6 months I realized that when we had a power interruption, the backup function on this UPS did not work at all. Yank the power plug and the devices plugged in to it immediately shut off. These were low power devices - just a router and a switch, not a computer. I kept it as a surge protector until it outright failed at approx 4 year of age. When I opened it to inspect the battery, I was shocked to see a tiny 3ah, 12V battery in a pocket designed for a much larger 4ah, 12V battery. Clearly, this was built to sell cheaply. Will never buy another like this from Cyberpower.

Poor Quality - Failed after two weeks

not worth the money

Of course this happens 13 months after purchase, Do not waste your money.
