I tried this with a 27' iMac and it could keep the computer on for a single second. Returned it.

one side stopped working within 2 months of owning this product. I would not recommended it to anyone.

Last exactly 1 yr...spend a little for more durability

I ordered 3 for me, 3 for my Mom, and all 6 were dead. Called CyberPower, they said return would take 3 weeks to replace. BestBuy was nice and sent return label + re-shipped new one. That one was also dead. Serial numbers were very close RAEFN2004180-2004250 range... all dead.

I left the UPS plugged in overnight, as the enclosed instructions said to, and the battery backup plugs still would not work at all. Nothing happened when I pushed the power button to turn the UPS on. The surge protection-only plugs would work, but the battery backup plugs would not work and pressing the power button did nothing at all.

After setting up, within 2 days UPS started beeping with low battery

Mine crapped out after 2 weeks, which is past the return date. I had one of two monitors connected to the battery side along with my pc. It worked fine the first two weeks, then on the third week it would continuously beep after my pc loaded up to my homescreen. Pretty much left me disappointed.

Battery leaked and distorted electronics. Stopped working, opened and battery had leaked and dripped into electronics of ups. This was first time try cyberpower. Never again.

after it chargers I plugged in my comp, my computer turned on then shut off. Took my computer to frys to find out my hard drive had been electrically damaged and no data was recoverable so yeah, I wouldn't risk buying this item.

This is not what I was expected, you can just plug 4 electronical devises at the time. The other 4 for the power bank don't work at all, you have to turn then on every 10 minutes

Not all plugs in unit work. Didn't realize it until I had it for about week or two. Have to plug printer in on different outlet, which defeats the purpose.

I bought my CyberPower in 2009 and never had any issues with it. When I needed to purchase one as a gift, I already knew which one I would get. The SE450G has been reliable for over 6 years with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. It's very quiet without any humming sounds, plug & play and is extremely easy to hook up. Some of the features I like is the angle and the thinness of the plug, the cord length, the spacing of the outlets on the unit leaves extra room for transformers and it has 8 outlets. I did notice that the new unit I just bought is not as heavy as my 6 year old unit, but is just as sturdy. Quality, reliability and features at this price point makes the CyberPower a true best buy.

Item did not work. Plugging even one monitor into this UPS would overload it.

Save your money. Steer clear from this item. It does not provide any battery backup at all.

I returned the item to best buy and bought something else

I love how this surge protector has the back up battery built into it, that way when the power goes out, you have the opportunity to shut down your electronics. Very convenient!
