Stopped working

I was using my computer that was connected to this Battery Backup when it failed and shut everything off. I lost some unsaved info and just caused a major headache. No thank you

Decent back-up

Dead from the start
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm going on my third replacement as of today. The original purchase and its next day replacement both failed to turn on even after nearly 24 hours of initial charging before use. The Battery plus Surge protection side of the UPS does not work at all while the Surge Protection only side works. Just talked to the Company Tech Rep who side that some units do fail out of the box. He didn't seem too surprised that I had two in a row. I've had other CyberPower devices without problems so I'm off to retrieve my third UPS in the hopes that this is a freak situation.

Doesn't work from beginning.

Now if you have to use them you expect them to work. I bought and picked up June 4, 2016 (less than 3 weeks ago). I plugged it in for the required 8 hours of charging. Then plugged in an aquarium pump. Low and behold this morning at 3 am we loose power. I thought great we will see if the backup battery works. Guess what, it doesn't. Thankfully I was up it I could've had a flood. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Horrible product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Follow the instructions and the PC with a monitor would overload it in cause an alarm to go off and it would shut the power off to the system. This product is horrible do not waste your time or money on it.

Garbage and scam
