Needed one for my pc so if my power did go out i wouldnt have any issues with my pc this thing works fantastic couldnt have it any other way

I didn't come in to purchase a Surge Protector. I came in to purchase a computer and a hard wire to the printer. However, I got an education about surge protectors--how they work and the effects of lightening strikes, surges, etc. that made sense to me. So, I added a couple of surge protectors to the purchase.

I like that there is a row of back-up outlets and a row of just outlets. There are enough outlets to cover all my power needs.

Nice compact design. Very simple to set up. Has worked flawlessly.

Very nice backup for my WiFi and my power recliner

I have 2 of these. One is for my computer and the other is for my sewing machine. When the power goes out, both work for 30 minutes. If you are in the middle of something, you don't lose it! It gives you plenty of time to finish your project and shut things down. I'm very happy with this product.

A good way to have a backup battery for small devices which is useful for a small amount of time when the power goes out.

So why d I need a battery backup? My laptop would be fine on battery for several hours if the power fails. Only one answer... I still have a few 4TB and 8TB external drives that plug into external power. If I am in the middle of a read/write on one of these and there is a power blip I could be screwed. Very well worth the price.

Works great! Good solution for when the electricity goes out and you need to shut down your PC. Also will keep your router running for a couple hours!

If you have an expensive electronics such as tv or a game console, i would recommend buying this device, not to watch tv when there is no power, but to safely turn everything off.

No complaints whatsoever, lots of outlets in it and a good battery backup system.

I bought it near the start of winter, the "slow" season. Now, we've already had a couple of thunderstorms. Usually I shut down during a storm. Not any more. Lost power once and the computer was on. The UPS made a click (same click when you turn it on/off) but the PC's monitor never missed a beat. Also, another time, there was a minor power dim. Barely noticeable, just one fast occurrence. My cable box shut down and had to wait for that to reset but the PC kept right on running. I'll never be without a UPS ever again.

These provide excellent backup in case of power loss. I run a web server so when power flickers this prevents the computer from shutting down. Just plug it in like a surge protector, and you've got a couple hours of backup. It also gives you time to properly shut down your computer during a power outage. Another good use is having them with your entertainement center. Having a TV and Game system plugged in means during a storm or power outage, you can keep watching TV, keep lamps on, and generally still have power for an hour or so when the power gets knocked out. This won't protect you from extended power outages, but for short losses they are great!

Seems to work well as a surge protector, just wish it would keep devices powered on during brief power glitches. It only seems to keep devices on battery power when the power shuts completely off for more than a few seconds. But so far it’s protected my devices without any issues.

With a total of 8 outlets, this unit really works well in the small office at the desk or network closet. I am able to plug in the clients Calculator, Laser Printer, cell phone charger and lamp on the surge only side, and leave the backup side for their pc, monitor, router, and portable phone base station.

We have been having short duration power outages on the order of one to five seconds so I wanted a battery backup to help protect my TV. I went on line and ordered it, drove to the store and and they brought it to me, drove home and plugged it in. The hardest part of the task was getting to the plugs behind the entertainment center.

These devices are super simple to setup. You don't even have to take it apart an plug in the battery anymore. Just plug in and go. We haven't tested them through a power failure yet so I can commit on the # of mins they truly last just yet.

This unit was easy to use and is affordable. Bought 2 and am happy with them.
