There are too many variables in power consumption between different computers and monitors and actual usage to hazard a more accurate guess. If you need more than that, then you'll need to look at stepping up from this unit. If you look at the specs for other units available at Best Buy, some will cover 2 hours of run time for a standard desktop and monitor... but those units are more expensive, bigger, and heavier, some over twenty pounds, because of the more substantial batteries. The APC Pro 1500VA is around 4x the price of this unit, but could allow you to work for 2 or more hours without interruption. If your down time costs you money, then think about investing in a more substantial unit.
