Good for a few minutes of power.

Needed a few minutes of uninterrupted power until the whole house generator kicks in. Perfect for my need. I am replacing two larger models that failed after a few years. Instructions indicate you shouldn't plug in laser printers or other high energy use devices into the battery backup outlets. I would add it may not be a good idea to plug them into the surge only outlets either. This draws a lot of current through the unit and I think shortens them.

Does what it was designed to do

Essential big screen backup
