Decent little UPS

It does get mildly warm but nothing dangerous. Obviously not meant to power a full desktop PC. I do wish it had the ability to connect to a computer to monitor status, the higher-end models do this, it would help keep track of the operational lifespan of the unit.

Like yes i know, the power is out, but you know what, I'm keeping the modem and router on so shut up. Good product, if this is the power you need, get this product, but I'd recommend just going with a bigger capacity UPS

Posted .Hello Jacky, When you say clicks, are you talking about the beeping every 30 seconds when the unit is on battery power? What is wasteful and dumb is when the battery life ends. Cheaper to buy a new unit than a replacement battery Do BETTER Best Buy. Recycle these batteries and sell for $5 less than a new unit. This = less plastic used

I have been using this product for over 2 months and it is working fine as expected. I would recommend this product to be on safe side from power surges.

Was tested a couple days after purchase by a freak thunderstorm that knocked out power. Stayed on and allowed more than enough time to save important files and safely shut down devices.
