This UPS back-up product performs well in real life situations. In a client setting, this battery Back-up has already saved the customer from data loss due it storm related outages.

Unit is compact, which allows it to be in tight locations.

Simple battery back-up, no more than a power strip in set-up and use. Does the job on the lower power pull computers.

This is the second cyberpower UPC I have purchased. I like the way it works and Best Buy had a favorable price. It seems, however, that battery replacement is not a very viable option. It seems wasteful to throw away a whole unit just because the battery wears out.

This device is advertised to be a UPS, which stands for "Uninterruptible Power Supply". This is useful to me since I have certain devices I would like to keep running during power outages and power flickers, and it would be annoying if power to those devices was interrupted. I get power flickers sometimes. Most of the time it's so fast that computers and other devices which aren't plugged into the UPS don't stop or experience any interruption in their power supply. But even in those cases, this supposedly "uninterruptible" power supply will stop providing power to anything that's plugged into it and emit a loud, annoying beep until I turn it off and back on again. In fact, this device is so sensitive that sometimes my only indication that a power flicker has happened at all is the beep. That renders this device completely useless--not only does it fail to supply power without interruption, it is actually even more prone to interruption than not having it at all. I can only recommend buying this if you never plug anything into it and only intend to use it as a power flicker alarm.

I had a recent power outage after this was purchased. It was connected to my Apple iMac and it prevented a loss of data. Data was saved and kept because I had the back up connected.

We had a surge a few days after purchase and it clicked in as it is suppose to. Just remember is is designed to keep your devices powered until you can shut the device down properly.

Great UPS and battery. Had one brief outage and this held up without issues. Connected to laser printer, external HDD, and wireless router.

Hard to review a UPS for at least a year, but my other CyberPower UPS's are impressive. This has a bit more power capacity and is noticeably lighter than the APCC unit it replaces. That was a pleasant surprise because it's easier to handle. Overall, CP's units are years ahead technology wise, IMHO, than APCC.

This device replaced an older backup device. It has been working great and has good spacing for printer computer modem and router. Gives me enough backup time to save and shut down.

These work great. I’m glad to have them because my power goes out frequently. My only complaint is that no thought went into the layout of the plugins. So many items have power cubes and take up more than one outlet when plugged in as a result.

Works well for my Playstation 5, enough watts for my ps5 and surround sound

I always buy Cyberpower. This smaller unit was great for what I needed. I usually buy the larger VA but I needed a small one for the modem and router....Works great.
