Awesome service

Used curbside pickup and Juan and Giovanni at the Wellington, FL location were awesome, brought our items out quickly, and very friendly.

I like the way it works and Best Buy had a favorable price. It seems, however, that battery replacement is not a very viable option. It seems wasteful to throw away a whole unit just because the battery wears out.

I’m glad to have them because my power goes out frequently. My only complaint is that no thought went into the layout of the plugins. So many items have power cubes and take up more than one outlet when plugged in as a result.

It Worked!

It was connected to my Apple iMac and it prevented a loss of data. Data was saved and kept because I had the back up connected.

Just remember is is designed to keep your devices powered until you can shut the device down properly.

Cyberpower Battery Back up

Good replacement for older device

Light duty UPS from a good company

This has a bit more power capacity and is noticeably lighter than the APCC unit it replaces. That was a pleasant surprise because it's easier to handle. Overall, CP's units are years ahead technology wise, IMHO, than APCC.
