I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s kind of nice going around and traveling and you know you have a backup battery. The only complaint is that when using has a battery it will make an annoying beeping every minute, it’s not annoying enough for me to try to solve it. Maybe I will put a piece of tape over the speaker.

The cyber power is used for my business desktop and monitors and printer. Florida seems to have many power glitches and is the lightning capital. So it gives me a little peace of mind.

works like it should. Used to replace on that had a failing battery. When using these, keep checking batteries. Most of the less expensive ones do not allow for replacement batteries, so it appears.

This device keeps the router/modem running for an hour during power outage

I work from home and depend on my computer to get paid. With this I don't have to worry about when the power flickers off and on. I am able to keep working with no interruptions.

I generally buy these when they are on sale. We seem to have about the same failure rate with these as we do with the APC alternative. When these are on sale its cheaper to just replace entire units and recycle the old.

Works very well, and provides good backup power for when the power goes out.

Had issues with vpn router resetting for power outages, which were like few milliseconds...plugged into this unit and solved my issues ..like to point out that there are only 4 outlets that's power protected, the other 4 are just surge protectors...I did not know that when I bought it

I got this when my last backup system quit on me. I haven't had the power go out yet, but I expect this will do its job. Plenty of room to plug in the computer, printer, speakers, monitor, etc.

Good product but the cost is as much as the higher capacity systems from cyberpower.

We brought this one for the job, because we were having issues with power in the building. this solve out problem and work like it should work.

I always cringe when I'm on my PC and I detect a power surge or outage. This happened two weeks ago and everything attached works great. Let a power surge blow out a PC or TV and you will get one too! Don't wait.

Perfect backup for tv and cable box power. When the electricity shuts down the tv and cable box continued to operate uninterrupted. Would be great for computers and printers.

We suffered a lot of electronic failures due to the power outages and spikes in Texas. To protect my electronics from that happening again, I bought two of these UPS.

Real Easy to install takes up very little space, haven't had the power outage yet to "test" it, but have great confidence it will work great

I love the concept only complaint would be the bulkiness makes it difficult to put behind a tv stand in a way that truly flush but maybe thats me

Works really well an I love that it has the battery saver so that you won’t lose important information incase of a power surge. This is the second one I bought.

We're using this little UPS to protect our cable modem, router and network stuff. We've already taken a few power hits and our network stayed up with no problems.

Great product. Have used these brand before and it finally gave out over 7 years or owning it. So decided to buy the same brand. Seems to be smaller in size but works great.
