ok but not great, basic use only. Not recommend for expensive protection

The unit was easy to set up and seems to be working well. Time will tell.

It is okay . I had one in the past and needed to replace it . It is readily available is why I purchased another one even though half of my old on broke and doesnt work anymore after about a year and a half . The half that works doesnt have battery backup . It should have lasted longer .

I prefer this design over its APC counterpart because It isnt as bulky. It is powerful enough for my needs.

Will not even keep my Starlink up and running thru seconds power surges. This has been since day one! I would not recommend this. It was only purchased to keep the Starlink up and running so it does not reset.

It does what its supposed to do and is inexpensive. Expect about three years or so of life.

I purchased this when my 3yr old APC 450 died and the local store was out of similar APC units. CyberPower... what a piece of crap... dead in 4 months... the battery no longer holds a charge and immediately drops any load in a power event. Will never purchase this brand again.

not the longest lasting but it was very cheap when on sale

I was only given 16 days to return this. We purchased this for our new server that we had new software installed on for the company. Once we had everything installed, we realized this was not sufficient for our server during power loses. We realized this 20 days after purchase. We are just at the 30 day mark after purchase and I have been trying to talk with someone at best buy and all I get is "rules are rules" and we can not over ride it. Fine, this will just mean our company will take our business elsewhere. Im very dissapointed in the 16 day return policy. This is ridiculous.

Solid product at a fair price. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Orientation of outlets is problematic for AC adapters. Overall I'm satisfied

This is a great product for an area with multiple devices and equipment.

This CyberPower 450VA battery back up would not power up. i tried the reset button. I held the button for 2 sec per the instructions but nothing worked. I've owned CyberPower backup before and had no problems with it. I returned this one for a refund.

It was on hand, powerful enough but affordable for my needs.

Absolute trash. Could be a nice paperweight but cord makes it difficult to have a desk. Didn't work out of the box and Best Buy refuses to take it back and CyberPower's warranty service is a joke.

Less than a year later this device stopped functioning properly. Constantly flipping over to battery despite the fact power has not been lost and battery dies after a few seconds.

Can make your stuff safe in power outages and safe wiring

Not the product I wanted. On-line help from Philippines. Impossible to reach local staff by telephone resulted in wrong product being purchased.

Brooke quickly. Wasn't strong enough for what we were using it for even though we asked. But without even losing power it quit working.

I bought 2 of these units. One was defective and never came on. The other runs for 2 hours then turns off. Very disappointing as I had bought them when I travelled abroad in an area where we experienced constant blackouts and needed these to protect my electronics.

Thrown out money. It won't keep up a small form factor PC and a single monitor. Every morning it's screaming in pain. Sad part is the computer was off. Hold the button and restart it and it works till the next day. 450VA should have been more than enough especially with the current on. Couldn't return it because of the pandemic so it's good for keeping a clock radio running . Like I said get a bigger one or get an APC.
