Solid piece of equipment that provides good protection against surges and electrical outages.

The power hasnt went out in order to use it, so I guess its good at the moment.

Does some researched backup battery pack for my son’s gaming computer. He have always complained that his online gaming connection was slow and we know it was not the internet speed. After purchasing this backup and using it he immediately noticthat the connection on his gaming was fast and no lagging.

They seem much smaller then the old ones and lighter must have a new type of battery. This is only a 450. I only have a desktop and a wireless modem plugged into it.. If you put anymore into this unit you will need a bigger unit like a 650 or greater.. I have a 650 one for hurricanes to charge phones there great for this.. It will also power lights if needed or radios or laptops or tablets. Desktops take to much power they will run the battery down in no time. . Laptops much better or tablets.

I bought this to allow me to maintain wifi when the power goes out. It works great and no issues so far!

As advertised... no issues... everything with the transaction and the operation of this item worked flawlessly.

The first one we got was dead. But we exchanged it for another one and the new one has been working just fine. Perfect for our use of keeping stable power to our internet modem.

For some ridiculous reason (upsell) Cyberpower decided not to include the usb PC connection port that enables you to manage the unit and shut it down safely unattended during an outage. You have to go to the more expensive model to get that.

The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is nowhere on the box does it state there is no usb connection to pc. You only figure it out when you get it home and install. I like the fact that is weighs maybe half the amount of older models, yet still has full 3 year warranty. I would have paid a little more to keep the USB connection so I can utilize the cyberpower personal software.

I use this to provide power during outages. This allows me to have phone and internet access when I need it the most. My back up kept the router and modem working for a 6 hour outage. Not sure how long it would continue

For the price, the UPS works great for a standard desktop computer.

A good low priced adequate product readily available at Best Buy.

It's been okay the few times my lights blinked, but after having it for a year and a half, it's time to get a new one.

I have bought 3 of these. 2 out of 3 them failed before even hitting a year. Its infuriating. I had one originally that failed to keep its bettery power and I thought that maybe it was just faulty, a couple years later I bought 2 more for both me and my wife. 1 of those 2 already failed within a year. Does not keep anything on, just instantly shuts off the moment the power goes out. No other battery back up I've had does this. Absolute waste of money, please go spend your money on some other brand.

i've had two of these since 2021, one for my PC and one for my video games. i don't get many power surges, so they're just for peace of mind. well, my power randomly went out today (2024) for like 30 seconds. the PC one shorted out entirely. won't power on, won't charge anything. the video game one still works as a power bar, but everything connected to the surge protected side cut off immediately when the power went out, so it protected nothing lol and YES they were specifically plugged into the surge protected side when this happened.

Purchased December 2020 and battery back-up no longer works. I was hoping to use this to keep my computer modem running. It kept it going for about a minute today after power was lost. The unit stays plugged in, so was fully charges. The unit is still under warranty but shipping this very heavy thing back to the manufacturer will be at my own expense and is going to cost almost half the cost of a new unit.
