    I got this because my computer was shutting down for voltage "sags". From the description, I thought this product would solve that problem. When it did not, I emailed CyberPower and they recommended a diff. product of theirs that would solve it - but Best Buy did not sell that one. 50-mile round trip to return and 10doll more for 2nd product. Both products have great software logging to check on if events occurred. Computer has been recovering but these products will save your work and protect computer for sure. Lost a star only b/o description. You can only set this one to max of 101V so basically for power loss.
