its a good battery back up. handles just what I need

Works fine every time the power goes out. It’s used to backup my cable modem & network modules.

I have used several of these over the years and this one works just as fine as the others.

Plugged it in and it works. Powers up but haven't needed the battery yet.

This UPS is excellent to use for keeping cable modems and wireless routers operating in instances of power failure, allowing you to keep working with notebook computers. It allowed my wife to work for more than four hours while we had no power.

when the power goes out, this keeps the power on to your computer or what ever else you have plugged into it. Can’t comment on the usb / software diagnostics because I didn’t hook it up. Not much else to say, It’s a backup battery, not that exciting. Adding a subwoofer to it would definitely change that. Maybe next years model? one can only dream.

Wish they would make these things a little less heavy. Also when the alarm goes off you have to shut the entire network down and reboot everything

Very reliable ups. Plug and play. I use it for my working pc. No problem so far.

I have not had any issues with the product so far. It is meeting the needs of my office.

Two hours of battery power for WiFi & 2 laptops during a power outage.

Bought to replace an old APC unit. Has worked as advertised so far - providing seamless power to my home network equipment during a few power outages. The space between outlets is better than many strips, though still won't accommodate larger power adaptors without thoughtful arrangement. Happy with purchase overall.

Fantastic Back-up device during public safety power shut-offs

Simple to set up and instructions are clear. Good value.

Needed this after a storm cam in a knocked out power. Looking forward to trying it out again for additional life in work tech.

This back up battery system by cyber power was definitely worth it.

Inexpensive battery backup with good outlet placement and compact configuration. It fits conveniently out of the way beneath my desk. In the three months I have owned it, it has handled all of the power hiccups in my home office perfectly. (I have not had a complete power outage in this time, so I cannot judge how well it works for a sustained period.)

Had this for a while when the electric company decided to shut down their service for maintenance. The battery held out for over 5 hours keeping my DSL, Router and external drive going. It would be nice if I could shut off the beep it makes when there is no power input.
