I chose to replace my old CyberPower backup with the same capacity and brand when the battery died. Rather than go through the hassle of ordering a replacement battery for the old one, I found it more convenient to buy a new unit. I have been buying the CyberPower backups for some time, and am very satisfied with them.

I purchased one of these that didn't work, so Best Buy allowed a trade. The second one charged and is doing fine.

A coworker said the computer was dead. I found that the UPS had failed and it sizzled when I tried to powercycle it. I bought this unit to replace it. Works great. I wish the ports were rotated 90 degrees. It would be more accepting or transformers that way.
