Great back up for computer printer modem and phone.

I have experienced outages and this keeps me up and running

Bought this on sale... works great with no problems

I've always used the big brand UPS, so now I have three of them (several years old) that only put out about 85 volts in back-up mode and scream the entire time despite having new batteries. This one is in the 115 volt range. My only complaint is the plug orientation. Wall warts end up blocking adjacent outlets. Some reviewers broke the power button, but if you read the instructions they say to press and hold. It's an electronic switch, not mechanical, so just a gentle press and wait a second or two.

No issues. Works well. Small and compact for desktop use.

Purchased to power my modem and router. Had a power outage and it worked perfectly! Very easy set up.

Too early for 5 stars... needs to show the product is reliable for long term. But, so far so good and I would buy again.

We live right in the main path of tornado alley... Moore, OK. We have erratic weather and get lots of power drops throughout the year. Since I'm working from home, have been purchasing these to put on our expensive electronics to keep things up during those short outages.

we are totally happy with our new Battery Pack because our area is always hampered with power failures,this pack keeps us going.

Just in time for the major storms that came through. When power went out I was still charged up with this battery pack.

I have had several Cyber Power backups as well as several APC devices and Cyber Power has worked as well for a lower price. The software allows for automatic shutdowns. Reserve capacity is plenty for my Imac. This is a home installation and I don't need to keep working during an outage--just want to protect the equipment.

Great to have. Using it in a business situation where constant power fluctuations were bringing down a primary broadband modem too often for the business that needed it up will business was open. Working as designed so far.
