Im not sure if it's defective or what but it's supposed to have a battery back up and it does but it's also supposed to be surge protected but it still shuts everything off when the powers out and ive had to repair my harddrive a couple times because it lags

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The CyperPower 650va unit was on sale, so less expensive (and with more capacity) than replacing the defective battery in my old unit. For the first week the unit emitted an odor, "electrical" . After the first two days I contacted CyperPower customer support who said "we've heard of that before", and that they think it is paint on the transformer. After a month the odor is gone.

Delivery Issue

My issue is I received a text telling me product was delivered, since I am at home I walked out and no product to be found. I looked at my security cameras and no delivery person. Trying to contact BB through app, web site or phone is next to impossible. I hope they see my review and reach out to me.

Only one size works and makes this loud beeping sound for no reason. I wish I could return it but due to the hurricane we had in Louisiana I am out of my return period.

I love this brand and product

If the power is not being supplied to your electronics, we would recommend that you verify your equipment is plugged into the battery back up side of the UPS and not the surge only. The surge only side will no supply battery power when the power goes out.
BestBuy failure to deliver.

I have lost all faith in BestBuy and will likely recommend that no other Commonwealth of Virginia agencies pursue any further commerce with this company.
