Expensive and doesn't have a lot of juice compared to the even more expensive versions.

Lasted 4 months, backup battery bad. Sounds alarm everyday. Have a second same thing with alarm once a week.

Didn't have in stock the brand I wanted. Works ok and should get the Job done.

The product itself has been without issue until this past month - it no longer works. This is about Best Buy customer service. It has a 3 year mfg. warranty with 6 months left - I was told by IM contact with Best Buy to return it to the store. I also called Best Buy and went through the ridiculous phone maze and finally got to someone who then transferred me to a Geek Squad tech who also told me to return it to the store. When I did return it to the store, they tell me there's nothing they can do - but he did verify it was still under warranty. as much as I dislike Wal-Mart, when my gift card runs out I'm done with Best Buy.

Seems to work fine. I needed a back up system for the business.

With so much construction in our neighborhood right now, we were having a lot of powetr surges,now we no longer have to worry about our computer, printers and all the other important electronics that go with them.

Malfunction during first power outage whole unit short circuited causing it to over heat if I hadn't been home at time unit could have possibly caused a Fire Manufacturer sent a replacement unit at no charge

The USB ports are not "smart" ports and share power between them.

Glad I got this with the new PC. It's been tested twice already in the first month of use and it works. It's used with a 26" HP Pavilion, a laptop and a lamp. It kept the power on through the outages.

Surprisingly difficult to use. It only seems to work when you plug it in, if you don’t plug it in then it just beeps constantly. I’m sure it’s a user error, but why should it be this difficult to use? I returned it

I've used these over the years and they seems to run for about 2 years and then eventually die, you can get new batteries for them but not much cheaper than getting a new shinny unit.

I like this item. Only negative I have is that it's a bit bulky.

Replaced old one that died and it works decent enough

I've recently bought this product as a backup for my security camera system. I had a power outage 2 months later and this device worked very well. you'll get a loud beeping sound from it when the back-up battery system is working So far, so good. This device gets the job done.

Bought this for battery backup in case of power outage. Only have wifi router, cordless phone, and lamp plugged in to it. First power outage - no juice whatsoever, and constant beeping indicating that battery was low - even though it has been plugged into a live outlet since date of purchase. CyberPower Company was non-responsive to my inquiry while not even 1/2 way through warranty period. I do NOT recommend this item.

I had bough 2 of this, and both are already not holding the charge, now I wish I had bought the extended warranty.

Used this to keep power to my cable modem box, and router signal booster. It went out in about two weeks. The unit powered off, and there had been no power failure. An alarm was sounding and it wouldn't reset or restart, and the alarm kept going. Tried everything. Unplugged and returned to the store. I noticed that the insides were rattling around when I boxed it up. It had not been dropped. Junk UPS. Do not buy this. $50 wasted, but Best Buy refunded it. It was pas the 30 day refund date but I had been on vacation for two weeks during this time.
