Tried calling customer service three times. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and left a voice mail. No response to voice mail. Stuck with a product that does not fulfill its primary purpose of providing power during a power outage to my 88 year old mother in laws power recliner.

Did not last a year

I lost power briefly today and the battery backup did not kick on. It continued to screech with a high pitched tone till I reset it. I have only had for 10 months and this is unacceptable. Will not use this brand again. I had much better luck with the competitor brand.

Battery Backup Surge Protector

Our electric went out and the modem on my computer shut down. I work from home and need the system to stay up. At least long enough for me to save work and close out correctly.

Failed after 18 months and ruined my data

Posted .Hello Evan, the constant tone coming from the UPS indicates the UPS was overloaded and shut down power to the connected equipment. This happens when to much wattage is being drawn from the UPS. We recommend moving a device to the surge only side to not continue to overload the UPS. Poor operation

The first one died after a couple of weeks of operation and the replacement is almost worthless.
