I bought this because I work from home. The issue I found was when I have my monitors plugged into it and increase the frame rate it trips the alarm on the device. I had to plug them into a separate power strip.

This replaced an APC unit that went bad and it does the job just as good for less money. Very easy to set up.

Needed a ackup power supply when mine malfunctioned after abou 20 years. This was a reasonably priced replacement with battery backup plus surge protected plugs

This is the fourth CyberPower UPS that I have purchased. All of them are still in use and have protected my equipment from power surges (usually when there is a brief outage and then power is restored). Before finding these units, my main desktop computer was fried by a power surge. Although they are infrequent, power surges can destroy valuable equipment, so these units are very good insurance at a relatively low cost.

This might have just been the single most genius purchase I made this year. My ps4 almost got burned with light fluctuations, purchased this and hooked up my internet modem, ps4, tv and receiver. One time when the family was over at my place the light went off due to bad weather but my TV kept going, I fooled them I had solar panels lol. Just follow the instruction, it's not meant to power your fridge and microwave etc don't abuse it.

The unit has an ample number of outlets both backed up and merely surge protected. I have not loaded the control software and don't suspect I will since I will mainly run my network router and work PC on this unit. Work IT Dept won't allow software on that PC that they have not installed and I doubt this would pass their standard. The unit is quiet and charged up quick. I have not run it down to see how long it lasts, however.

The plug spacing on this UPS/Surge Protector is very good. I downloaded the software for it and set it up to notify me on my phone in case of a power outage. Tested it several times and it works perfectly. Note that only 4 of the 8 plugs are UPS/Surge protected, the remaining 4 are only Surge protected. The protected land line jacks are a nice plus. Great pricing on this unit.

It works really well for our computers. Haven't had any problem and was very easy to use.

Most people don't think when it comes to protecting their data, but what if the power goes out when you are 2.5 hours into some work. Get one of these and you can sleep at night.

I moved to Florida and the storms cause the power to fluctuate often. I work from home and my internet service goes off with the slightest power surge, causing my phone to reset. I have to wait for all to go through a reset before I can use the phone again. Now, keep in mind, I work from home so, if I am on a conference call I just disconnected plus I lost the web connection as well. This back up system is reliable and prevents call loss and keeps me online during short power outages. So far, so good. Even worked during the recent storms from the hurricane.

I bought this as a replacement for an APC UPS. This cost less and had the same basic specifications. It appears to be working just fine with no issues with setup or use.

Within a few days of installation, we experienced a power outage that lasted around 20 minutes. Our equipment stayed powered up the entire time, so the power outage didn't affect us. One of these units powered an Internet router, a network switch, and a VOIP ATA. The other unit powered an external monitor, while the laptop has its own battery. Work never stopped during this outage.

This is a compact and uncomplicated battery backup for my computer and monitors.

I live in an apartment and have power outages from time to time. Nice to have a battery backup where power is maintained for the few minutes I'm without electricity.

I’m using the ups to backup my home router, cable modem, cable box and tv. This has enough power to supply electricity for most normal power outages.

This is the third one I have bought. I use them in my office and at home. During storms the power may go out; however our internet and VOIP phone stays connected.

This worked perfectly after a power outrage took out my motherboard. Easy to install and has a monitor built in to know where you stand always.

The backup has been tested twice as my power has flickered twice in the last two weeks. Both times the failover worked and prevented my ps4 from powering down.
